Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Method We ship all orders via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Time Royal Mail aims to deliver 24hr Tracked items the next working day after dispatch, though this is not guaranteed. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

Order Tracking You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email via the Royal Mail website.

Issues with Your Order If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.
